About Boulder StoneScapes
Boulder StoneScapes was born from a dedication to mastering the ancient trade of stone masonry. Each stone is pulled from the mountainside and then carefully, artfully selected for its color, form, durability, and character. No two are the same. The stone is then shaped, if necessary, and expertly set into place, where it's beauty & strength can be quietly enjoyed for many years to come.
Owner Brian Scott started out apprenticing for Big Horn Masonry & Chimney. He eventually purchased Big Horn from the Macurdy family, changing the name to Boulder StoneScapes. Hard work, creativity, and a commitment to the local community has built StoneScapes into Boulder's most trusted stone masonry company today.
